Troubleshooting the Printer

Some times the printer does not print or acts wonky. These are some steps that you can do to try to fix the printer.

1. Check if there's still paper in both trays.

2. If the printer panel is flashing "Job Received" and "Paused," press the stop (red) button to unpause the printer.

3. Pull out the toner by opening the top lid and pop it back in.

4. Check the ethernet connection on the printer to make sure it's not loose or overly pulled out from being tethered. Pull it out and plug it back in.

5. Unplug the power to the printer and plug it back in.

6. Turn off the print terminal and turn it back on.
